Let’s cook together a workshop with taste of Swedish Lapland

We prepare together a typical old tradition local brunch, A food experience there you learn how to cook like a local this old tradition meal, grill fish from the sea over open fire and you get to learn about the products, local traditions, the culture, what it’s like to live here, tips about what’s going on and nice activities here in Swedish Lapland. Finally, we eat together.

For a few hours (approx 3 hour) just outside Luleå in the countryside at our place in one of our cozy house in the village Kallax or Måttsund.

Perfect for friends, couples, families, groups.

Price 1295 SEK per person

Minimum 4 – 6 people (minimum age to participate is 7 years)

The price is for a workshops Mondays to Fridays and includes recipe, ingredients, brunch.

Here in Swedish Laplan, it is an old tradition to meet and eat fermented Baltic herring ”Surströmming” with friends, family, if you are curious to taste, experience and hear about the culture history and how we made it.
